Java Trainer
Newzen Infotech is looking for a skilled Java Trainer to conduct training sessions for students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Core Java, Advanced Java, and frameworks like Spring and Hibernate. This role involves delivering interactive sessions, preparing course materials, and guiding learners on real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct classroom and online training on Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, JDBC, and Exception Handling.
✅ Teach Advanced Java topics such as Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices.
✅ Provide hands-on training with real-world Java projects and case studies.
✅ Prepare course materials, coding exercises, and assessments.
✅ Guide students in debugging, problem-solving, and best coding practices.
✅ Stay updated with the latest Java trends and industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔️ Any Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, etc.).
✔️ Strong expertise in Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, JDBC, and Exception Handling.
✔️ Knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices.
✔️ Familiarity with IDE tools (Eclipse, IntelliJ), Git, and Deployment techniques.
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation & presentations.
✔️ Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training (preferred).
✔️ Strong communication and presentation skills.
